how we work
Everything on slack
Slack is our main messaging platform within the team to keep our project threads organized and to facilitate brainstorming.
work hours
We have an output-based setting and there are no time in/out. Team members are however expected to answer messages on Slack within 2-4 hours if they are sent between 9 to 5pm.

We don't have a strict hierarchy within the team but everyone is expected to treat one another with mutual respect, kindness, and professionalism.
